I have been working on this for sometime, and plently of my friends, coworkers, family members have kindly responded and I started to see my blind-spot areas.

It is interesting how easily I started to relate to D's and I's and S's and C's everywhere around me.

One question I had to the trainer: does a certain profile cause the resource to get capped at a certain level in the organization? That is, S's cannot become managers or execs or that D's are the only ones who can become VPs or CEOs. I was surprised that the answer was no. In fact, the trainer said that the ex-CEO of a company was a C while its current CEO is a D. Both apparently did a great job driving the company.
