The abysmal hypocrisy of Pennsylvania's Governor Corbett

Corbett is being honored by the Pittsburgh Opera Company, ostensibly as a great patron of the arts in the Keystone State.  Meanwhile, he is happily slashing funding for the arts in the state's public schools.  This has led to a chorus of protest from parents, teachers and other outraged citizens across the Commonwealth.
