BP will plead guilty today in plea bargain with Justice Department

Word is that BP will plead guilty to one criminal count as part of a plea bargain to end the criminal case against the company, arising out of the 2010 Gulf oil spill.  One engineer from BP remain under indictment for having destroyed evidence.  BP also has established a $20 billion trust fund to deal with damages from the ecological debacle.
