Plaintiff was dismissed by Eastern Michigan U after declining to counsel a gay client due to the plaintiff's Christian beliefs.  The case was settled for $75,000.

Her case was initially dismissed by the federal trial court, but subsequently reinstated by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
