August 2012 Visa Bulletin - Visa Retrogression for F1 Philippines

This coming August 2012, petitions under the Family Sponsored F1 Preference will experience significant visa retrogression for applicants whose country of chargeability is the Philippines. The August Visa Bulletin shows visa retrogression from July 15, 1997 to March 1, 1994.
